Sandwell Consortium is pleased to continue delivering the WorkWell programme as part of the new WorkWell 2.0 initiative.
WorkWell provides free, personalised support to people who are experiencing health-related barriers that may be affecting their ability to find, stay in, or return to work. The programme aims to support people to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, and access the help they need to move closer towards employment.
Through WorkWell, participants can receive tailored one-to-one support, including:
- Health and wellbeing support
- Employment guidance and advice
- Help accessing local services and community support
- Support with confidence building and goal setting
- Advice around returning to work or remaining in work
- Signposting and referrals to specialist services where appropriate
WorkWell takes a person-centred approach, recognising that everyone’s circumstances are different. Support is designed around the individual’s needs and focuses on helping people make sustainable progress at a pace that works for them.
Sandwell Consortium is proud to continue delivering WorkWell 2.0 and supporting people to improve their health, wellbeing, and employment outcomes.
