Sandwell Consortium is pleased to celebrate a strong first year of delivery for its WorkWell offer, successfully exceeding its initial targets and supporting more people than anticipated across the local community.

Designed to help individuals improve their health and wellbeing while remaining in or returning to work, the service has made a positive impact by offering tailored, person-centred support. By working closely with partners and responding flexibly to individual needs, WorkWell, which is led by Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT), has helped address barriers to employment and promote long-term wellbeing.

This achievement reflects the strength of partnership working and the commitment of staff and stakeholders involved in delivering the service. Most importantly, it represents meaningful outcomes for local people, with improved wellbeing and increased opportunities to stay in or re-enter employment.
